Program Workflow
Every Secondwave program is built around three integrated workflows operating in parallel: the Certified Coder reviewing records and building CDI Alerts, the Provider Consultant delivering those alerts to practices and coordinating returns, and the Provider acting on alerts during the patient visit and documenting in the medical record.

The concurrent review cycle closes within 30 days of the date of service — ensuring compliant, timely, and defensible documentation for every patient encounter.
