Dr. Eric Moskow has founded and led several highly successful healthcare technology ventures over the past two decades. These ventures include Outcome Based Delivery Systems (2006), Data Driven Delivery Systems (2012), Accuity Delivery Systems (2016), Second Wave Delivery Systems (2020), and most recently, ThirdWaveRx (2022).

From 2002 to 2005, Dr. Moskow led Coral Gate Medical Group, a medical practice in Broward County, Florida, which he founded in January 2002. Under his leadership as Managing Partner, Dr. Moskow grew Coral Gate’s revenues from $350,000 to $3.5 million.

From February 2000 through January 2002, Dr. Moskow served as Executive Vice President of Cybear, an information technology company serving the healthcare industry formed by Andrx Corp. He served as a Director of Cybear from June 1999 to 2002.

From September 1996 to January 2000, Dr. Moskow was Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning for Phymatrix, a publicly traded multi-specialty medical provider network. In addition, during this period and then through March 2002, he served as a Director of Phymatrix and its successor, Innovative Clinical Solutions Ltd. ("ICSL").

From 1989 to 1997, Dr. Moskow served as an Internist and President of Family Medical Associates in Ridgefield, Connecticut. During part of this same period, from October 1995 to October 1996, Dr. Moskow served as Executive Vice President of Physician's Choice Management, LLC ("PCM"), which he co-founded.

Dr. Moskow is board-certified in internal medicine. He received his B.S. degree from Vassar College in 1980 and his M.D. degree from New York Medical College in 1984.
