Heidi Bradley is the EVP, Implementations & Strategic Accounts at Secondwave, where she leads enterprise implementations and strategic client partnerships across national value-based care programs. With more than 12 years of experience in provider operations, implementation strategy, and healthcare program delivery, Heidi specializes in scaling complex provider-facing initiatives across health plans, ACOs, MSOs, and provider organizations.

Throughout her career, Heidi has built and operationalized large-scale clinical documentation integrity (CDI) and risk adjustment programs, leading implementations across hundreds of provider practices nationwide. She is known for translating complex operational challenges into structured, scalable workflows that improve provider engagement, adoption, and long-term program performance. Her work focuses on implementation strategy, provider workflow optimization, and aligning operational execution with real-world clinical environments.

Prior to her current role, Heidi played a key leadership role at Advantasure/Tessellate, where she managed provider engagement operations supporting more than 250 primary care practices nationwide. She led teams responsible for provider education, workflow implementation, CDI program adoption, and ongoing practice engagement initiatives focused on documentation accuracy, quality performance, and risk adjustment success. Earlier in her career, she also helped support and operationalize CDI alert workflows, provider onboarding, implementation coordination, and field operations that contributed to the growth and scalability of national provider engagement programs.

At Secondwave, Heidi helped scale the organization’s client delivery and implementation infrastructure during a period of rapid growth and continues to lead strategic implementations for health plans and provider organizations across the country.
